Our Client is a leading restoration and reconstruction company seeking a Project Manager - Construction to oversee property restoration and construction projects from kickoff through close-out, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a construction project manager, ideally in the restoration/construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, blueprints, and permits.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and construction project management software.
• Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, think critically, and resolve challenges on the fly.
