Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from conception through closeout. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, hardware).
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, hardware)
- Strong knowledge of commercial door vendors, industry codes, and construction standards
- Proficient in blueprint reading, spec interpretation, and construction documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of estimating tools and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
