Job Description
Our Client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects involving doors, frames, and hardware. The role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring each project is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to specification.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Door, Frame, and Hardware industry
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- DHI certifications are a plus
- Experience with Comsense software strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of door hardware, hollow metal, wood doors, STC, FSC, and LEED requirements
- Understanding of building codes relevant to door, frame, and hardware applications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and familiarity with CAD tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specification documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-focused mindset; friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time and priorities
- Collaborative team player
