Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead moderate, contract-based Door, Frame & Hardware (DFH) projects from award through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality and financial expectations.
Requirements
- Manage all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, specifications, submittals, and change orders
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating material procurement, delivery, and installation
- Propose, price, and process change orders
- Manage back charges, warranty issues, and project-related discrepancies
- Communicate regularly with contractors, architects, manufacturers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and delegate tasks appropriately
- Complete project closeouts including punch lists, O&M manuals, warranties, and final documentation
