Project Manager Reconstruction (ID #574)

Our Client is seeking a skilled Project Manager – Reconstruction to join our growing team in East Stroudsburg, PA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects — from initial scope and estimate development through subcontractor management, permitting, scheduling, and final project closeout.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or insurance repair
• Solid working knowledge of residential and commercial construction trades (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
