Requirements
- English literacy and fluency
- Strong customer service experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- MUST HAVE A RELATIVE BOOK OF BUSINESS WITH ADJUSTERS AND COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES
- Understanding of MSDS data sheets and safety protocols
- Ability to identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold)
- Willingness to learn Xactimate software and industry standards
- Knowledge of building codes (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs unassisted
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for computer work
- Ability to bend, crouch, and stand as needed for site inspections
