Video Content Producer - Brookhaven

We're looking for a Video Content Producer to help coordinate and scale our growing content ecosystem for Brookhaven, one of the most-played experiences on Roblox. You'll help bring ideas to life by keeping projects organized, stakeholders aligned, and production moving smoothly from concept through publication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in video content production, content operations, creator partnerships, digital media production, franchise development, or a related field
• Experience producing or managing creator-led, YouTube-native, or digitally native content from concept through publication
• Strong understanding of production management, including timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, and content delivery
• Experience working across multiple creative disciplines, including video, animation, creators, and external production partners
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to evaluate content against creative objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations
