We are a large regional bank in Westphalia seeking a Sales Management Employee to develop and quality assure our product portfolio and price management. The ideal candidate will have a sound banking education, several years of sales experience, and outstanding analytical skills.

Requirements

• A sound banking education with corresponding further qualification (e.g. bank business administration) or a completed degree in economics.
• Several years of experience in sales, as well as sound knowledge in product and price management - especially in the area of deposits and financing.
• Outstanding analytical skills, structured work and a high level of self-responsibility.
• Experience in developing sales concepts and measures as well as joy in working out innovative solutions.
• Digital affinity, creativity and the ability to convey new formats target group-oriented.
• Communication strength, conviction and a binding appearance - you see yourself as an impulse giver and bridge builder.
• Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with sales-supported systems and tools.
• A holistic view of the entire bank as well as joy in cross-sectional cooperation.
