We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our e-commerce and ERP operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our online shop, maintaining customer ERP, managing customer communication, and implementing SEO strategies to optimize our website's visibility and drive organic traffic.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
