Job Description
VoltaGrid is seeking a Systems Engineer – Microsoft 365 to own and evolve our Microsoft ecosystem as a core component of enterprise productivity, identity, and security infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM/PIM)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience implementing security and compliance controls within M365
- Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving ability
- Security-first mindset with understanding of zero trust and least privilege principles
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
