Strategic Projects Lead

We're looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to own large-scale human data projects across domains like circuits, firmware, components, and system design. You'll work closely with ML, product, and engineering teams to define and deliver on labeling roadmaps, design scalable workflows, and manage remote, distributed teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy at a high-growth startup, consulting firm, or technical company
• Track record of running complex, cross-functional initiatives involving external vendors or expert communities
• Strong understanding of what makes high-integrity data, ideally with exposure to machine learning workflows or data curation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and operate in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Experience with SQL, spreadsheets, and project management tools; familiarity with Python is a plus
• Low ego
• Technical background (or fluency) in engineering, hardware, or applied sciences is a bonus
