Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Excellence / Operational Excellence / Target Operating Model design
• Business process management and organizational transformation
• Experience in automotive industry OR business excellence within automotive
• Proven experience in harmonizing processes across multiple entities or post-merger environments
