Requirements
- 5+ years of the HR analytics, workforce planning experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM or any SAP data structures and integration points
- Proficiency in data extraction, modeling and transformation (SQL preferred)
- Advanced analytics and visualization skills (Power BI knowledge would be an advantage)
- Solid understanding of HR processes
- Experience with data governance, GDPR and data management across multi-country environment
- Basic understanding of ESG reporting
- Ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendation for leadership, local or global HR managers, HRBPs, COEs
- Fluent English on proficient level
