Job Description
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our growing Digital and Technology team. In this role, you will lead UX strategy and design across key Voltex platforms, including eCommerce, internal tools, mobile applications, and customer-facing digital platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in UX or Product Design, with demonstrated expertise in complex digital platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes, research insights, and tangible outcomes
- Mastery of Figma (preferred), prototyping tools, and UX methodologies
- Experience working cross-functionally within agile or product-led teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across multiple projects or product streams
- Solid understanding of responsive design, component libraries, and accessibility principles
