Senior UX Designer

Voltex is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead UX strategy and design across key platforms, including eCommerce, internal tools, mobile applications, and customer-facing digital platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in UX or Product Design, with demonstrated expertise in complex digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes, research insights, and tangible outcomes.
• Mastery of Figma (preferred), prototyping tools, and UX methodologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally within agile or product-led teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across multiple projects or product streams.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, component libraries, and accessibility principles.
