Projektmanager:in Großbatteriespeicher (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee large battery storage projects for integrating renewable energies and stabilizing the energy systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of construction or infrastructure projects in the energy sector
• Experience in independent management of complex projects with cost, time, and quality responsibility
• Thorough understanding of permission processes as well as experience in cooperation with authorities, planners, experts, and suppliers
• Ability to structure, lead, and steer complex project teams with many interfaces
• Technical basic understanding of electrical, construction, and system-related connections
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working as well as joy in process improvement
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and secure appearance towards project partners, investors, and internal teams
• Willingness to moderate travel activity (approx. 25%)
