Job Description
As a Service Engineer, you will be the central point of contact for our battery storage systems after delivery. You will analyze technical disruptions, assist customers with questions about use, and actively help optimize operation.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung or Studium in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- First experience in technical service or support - preferably in the field of battery storage, energy, or building technology
- Knowledge of network protocols and communication interfaces as well as understanding of battery storage technologies and their control software (Open EMS) is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex matters in a clear and concise manner
- Very good German language skills (C1) as well as good communication skills
- Structured and independent work approach - with team spirit and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support on-site commissioning
