As a Service Engineer, you will ensure that our battery storage systems operate reliably in operation and support customers with questions about use, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems.
Requirements
- Analysis and rectification of technical errors or malfunctions of our battery storage systems
- Technical customer support after project completion: answering inquiries, solving problems, and providing information through various communication channels
- Organization and coordination of maintenance interventions and service work
- Handling of complaints and returns in close cooperation with development and logistics
- Training of customers on use, maintenance, and system optimization
