Job Description
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our battery storage systems and providing technical support to customers. You will analyze technical faults, optimize system configurations, and work closely with development, commissioning, and product management to improve our systems.
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- First experience in technical service or support - preferably in the field of battery storage, energy, or building technology
- Knowledge of network protocols and communication interfaces, as well as understanding of battery storage technologies and their control software (Open EMS) is an advantage
