Technische Betriebsleitung Elektro / Meister:in (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager Electric / Master to join our team at Voltfang. Your tasks will include taking over technical operations management of an electrical trade company, coordinating installation, commissioning, and maintenance work, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Electrical master with Energie- und Gebäudetechnik or a comparable qualification with TREI certificate
• Several years of experience in electrical installations, preferably in the existing building, in the field, and on local construction sites
• Experience in the energy and building technology industry is an asset
• Comprehensive knowledge of VDE regulations and electrical standards
• Structured, independent, and quality-oriented working style
• Safe handling of technical documentation
• Decision-making ability in critical situations
• Leadership strength and high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills in German and English
