Job Description
Volton Hellenic Energy SA seeks a Legal Corporate Affairs Associate to join its Legal Team. The position involves handling corporate affairs matters, providing legal consultation, and analyzing and inputting data.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, banking and transaction law
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; LL.M. Degree will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of the energy sector regulatory framework is highly desirable
- Working experience in a corporate environment (ideally in the energy sector) will be considered a plus
