Dispatch Operations Intern

The Dispatch Operations Intern will support the success of dispatch events, analyze situations, and provide coaching to customers during live events, and build a strong foundation in energy operations. The role will also involve contributing to strategic projects that improve how Voltus performs during dispatch events.

Requirements

• Support the success of dispatch events
• Analyze situations and provide coaching to customers during live events
• Monitor customer load curtailment in real time
• Maintain and act on findings from reporting tools
• Document lessons learned and drive follow-through in post-dispatch cases
• Support customer onboarding
• Monitor weather and pricing indicators
• Assist with customer scheduling requests
• Help assess customer market offers in real time
• Develop and maintain training materials
• Own a project centered on identifying patterns in dispatch performance
