Employment Specialist

Employment Specialist will help young adults navigate the job market and secure employment opportunities through personalized guidance and support. They will work with program participants to develop career plans, assist with job search strategies, and provide ongoing support. The role involves community outreach, networking, and tracking progress to assess program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in vocational rehabilitation or related field
• Three or more years' experience in workforce development or vocational rehabilitation
• Spanish language fluency
• Previous experience working with young adults, preferably in career counseling and workforce development
