Maintenance Worker I

Maintenance Worker I responsible for cleaning of the building and grounds and some minor repairs for the Wales Avenue Residence, a safe and supportive housing program for vulnerable populations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete work orders.
• Ability to accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.
• Ability to assist in inventory control.
• Ability to provide back up in emergency safety situations.
