Peer Specialist

Peer Specialist to assist in providing treatment services by engaging clients and aids staff in understanding their issues. Acts as a role model for the population serviced. Job involves assisting with obtaining client information, participating in case conferences, and facilitating groups and workshops.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Life experience with the service systems utilized by the target population
• Valid NYS Driver's License
