Shift Supervisor/Concierge

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist clients and guests, ensure their requests are met, and coordinate non-clinical needs of families and guests. The Shift Supervisor will orient clients to the program, engage clients in services, protect client rights, and promote client and coworker safety.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience
• Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets agency policy preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally (oral and written) with Spanish-speaking clients preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
• Front Handler's Safety Certification within 90 days of hire
