Supervisor - Finance & Operations

Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Supervisor of Finance and Operations to ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization. The role combines responsibilities related to financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and government contract billing oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA/MBA a plus
• five years relevant billing, budget, and financial analysis experience
• two years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge and ability to use an in-house PC-based accounting system
• Advanced expertise with Excel/Word
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and conceptual skills
