Job Description
Palomar Apartments is seeking a Maintenance I employee to assist in preventative and corrective maintenance to the property. The role involves performing daily cleaning, completing make-ready/vacant units, and making regular inspections of grounds and equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in general maintenance, including heating, electrical and plumbing equipment, building interior and exterior painting and carpentry.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with bilingual skills in Spanish and English a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for different projects.
