Job Description
Volunteers of America is a national, nonprofit, faith-based organization dedicated to helping those in need live healthy, safe and productive lives. The Director of Staff Development is responsible for the education program of the facility, assessing needs, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the staff development program(s).
Requirements
- Current licensure in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in nursing in a long-term care setting
- Experience in adult education
