Shipping coordinator

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Volvo Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping administration and ensuring that transports depart on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and executing operational action plans. The role involves tasks such as making shipping administrations, organizing transports, and digitalizing processes within the team.

Requirements

• Responsible for making all shipping administrations and organizing transports.
• Send goods with a minimum of cost in the existing agreed transport setup.
• Ensure that deviations in the CDC Outbound process are proactively detected, logged, and resolved in a cost-efficient manner and with a customer-friendly approach.
• In accordance with the global Order to Delivery processes, work. Escalate and initiate ideas for improvement of processes.
• In case of deviations, an important link in the communication between Service Desk and customer in case of problems in the loading process and related shipping administration.
• Digitalization of processes within the team.
