Requirements
- You are the central contact point for handling operational problems, solving deviations and providing perfect customer service to our end receivers.
- You solve blocked shipments that relate to quality problems upon arrival at our contracted Xdock.
- You perform administrative tasks for containers loaded by our contracted Xdock and containers loaded at supplier locations for destinations all over the world.
- You proactively identify deviations in the transport streams and take the necessary actions to prevent or minimize negative impact on our end receivers.
- You document and escalate recurring deviations to the Transport Material Coordinator.
- You initiate and stimulate improvement ideas by using the GEMBA approach, organizing workshops, using PSM/PDCA and other continuous improvement tools.
