Warranty Claim Handler

Warranty Claim Handler responsible for evaluating and handling warranty claims, analyzing costs, and ensuring that everything stays within budget. As a key member of the Service Team, you will actively contribute to a smooth and high-quality warranty process, report on results, and think about improvements.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education in a technical and/or automotive direction
• Work experience in the field of warranty in the automotive industry (a plus)
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
