Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide nursing care to clients in their homes and community. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing extended visits to clients with complex care needs, managing and facilitating care through established nursing care plans, and documenting all relevant information clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- License as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Clinical practice experience is an asset
- Experience in community health is an asset
