Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Visiting Nursing - Full-time

The Registered/Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing client care in the client’s own home, including physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, and counselling to individuals and families.

Requirements

• License as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
• Additional degrees or certificates may be required for positions requiring expertise in a specific field of clinical practice
• Clinical practice experience is an asset
• Experience in community health is an asset
