Job Description
As a Shoe Sales Associate, you will represent Von Maur and impact the customer's shopping experience through building relationships and optimizing brand knowledge. You will own the customer experience, develop relationships, achieve sales and account goals, and highlight product knowledge and store services.
Requirements
- Greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Achieve individual sales and account goals
- Ring POS transactions and key account information
- Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
