Represent Von Maur as a Shoe Sales Associate and impact the customer shopping experience through building relationships and optimizing brand knowledge. Achieve sales and account goals while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and visually appealing department.
Requirements
- Own the customer experience

- Ring POS transactions and key account information
- Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
