Senior Communications/ Voice Engineer

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in voice engineering, operations, or telecom infrastructure
• Strong understanding of SIP stack architecture, call setup, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Hands-on experience with SBCs and policy servers (Ribbon experience required)
• Familiarity with voice routing, QoS, and integration with cloud and on-prem systems
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations, on-call support, and incident management
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and security best practices
