As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for the facility management of the head office in Rotterdam, managing facility service providers and coordinating the execution of facility work. You will supervise 1 employee and report to the Facility Manager.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education, preferably in Facility Management or comparable
- 5+ years of experience in a facility position
- Knowledge and experience in hard- and soft services
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- Communicative skills: you are a good conversation partner on all levels, you are able to convince based on your analyses and content knowledge/arguments, and you listen well to all stakeholders
- Competencies: service-oriented, stress-resistant, analytical, flexible attitude, and good social skills
