Senior Manager Patient Advocacy

Join Vor in tackling autoimmune disease at its root by contributing to the development of telitacicept, a dual BAFF/APRIL inhibitor. As a Senior Manager of Patient Advocacy, you will build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy organizations, participate in patient engagements, and help ensure insights are captured and translated into meaningful internal action.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in patient advocacy, community engagement, or related roles within biotech, pharma, or healthcare
• Demonstrated experience engaging with patient advocacy organizations; rare disease and/or autoimmune experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with external stakeholders
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance external engagement and internal execution
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate insights into clear and actionable information
