Role Overview

Join Vossloh's team to shape the future of mobility and contribute to sustainability. As HSE Group Coordinator / Trainer, you'll implement the HSE strategy and policy for the Vossloh Group, ensuring continuous improvement of HSE objectives across 20 sites.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include applying the HSE policy, formalizing processes and procedures, establishing prevention programs, evaluating HSE knowledge and skills, and developing pedagogical supports for training sessions.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Bac + 5 level training in the HSE field
• 5 years of experience in an equivalent post with significant experience in an industrial context
• In-depth knowledge of safety management tools and safety culture
• Communication skills and ability to promote environmental and safety policy
• Presentation skills and ability to perform audits
• Curiosity, dynamism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and ease of communication with various and international interlocutors
• Good listening, analysis, and synthesis skills
• Ability to take decisions and solve problems
• Autonomy, organization, and rigor
• English proficiency (B2/C1)
