- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in an MBA or from a Master’s program in operations, project management, or organizational development, or a related field.

- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
