Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Manager, promoting protective and preventative maintenance systems to improve plant operating equipment and system liability. The position directs and supervises hourly employees, ensures employee safety, and manages vacation schedules and work time allocation.
Requirements
- Two-year college or technical school degree
- Two years supervisory experience in an industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
