Create, install, maintain, and provide in-house repairs to terminal equipment, as well as physical structures in the Great Lakes region. Oversee correct completion of the monthly terminal maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Complete and or assist in each terminal monthly preventative maintenance program to ensure compliance.
- Complete and or assist the terminal managers in organizing, planning, and performing terminal unexpected breakdown repairs.
- Organize, Plan and implement approved in house terminal projects, repairs and Capital improvements.
- Assist terminal mangers with individual yearly terminal maintenance budget adherence per projects, parts purchases, breakdowns and repairs.
- Assist terminal managers with on hand critical terminal spare parts inventory.
- Provide suggestions and supporting information at year end for any terminal improvement and equipment sustainability.
