Requirements

• Second state law examination or equivalent degree
• At least 4 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or venture capital/private equity
• A large thematic interest
• A high degree of self-sufficiency and self-responsibility
• Openness, good communication skills, and diplomatic skills
• Secure English and German language skills
