Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to provide asset management and analytical support related to our existing high yield commercial mortgage loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and analytical experience, with excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Finance or similar degree with relevant experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial real estate and analytical experience
- Ability to understand complex loan documents and develop effective strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Superior analytical/problem solving/decision making skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite of products
