Job Description
The Garage Valet Attendant is a customer service position involving parking and retrieving vehicles for customers.
Requirements
- Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.
- Park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely.
- Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
- Provide exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain organization at operation.
- Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy
- Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
- Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift.
- Provide information about the garage, such as the hours of operation, rates, or any special promotions upon request.
- Always maintain a neatly groomed appearance.
- Cleaning duties as assigned
- Adhere to the VPNE attendance policy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety gear and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.
