Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately performing duties, operating company equipment, performing warehouse maintenance, and adhering to safety regulations. This position requires high levels of accuracy, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation. The role involves box processing, equipment maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and general warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- High School Diploma minimum
- Problem solving skills
- Physical ability to lift 40-50 lb boxes
- Good eye/hand coordination
- Motor skills
- Willingness to follow procedures, but also be creative for improvements
- Ability to use handheld computer, electric pickers, drive van, and bob truck
- Flexibility to work different hours
- Willingness to work overtime
