VSCO is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Onboarding Specialist to drive pipeline generation and support new customer activation during a critical phase of growth for our creative business tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, growth, full-cycle pipeline roles in a high velocity environment.
- Proven track record of generating pipelines, advancing opportunities, and closing new business with the ability to position multiple products or tiers effectively.
- Experience leading onboarding, kickoff, or early customer activation to ensure strong adoption and time to value.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to drive smarter prospecting, faster execution, and better customer outcomes.
- Experience supporting the full customer lifecycle, with strong CRM discipline across documentation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across prospects and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
