Job Description
The Benefit Fair Representative educates employees and encourages membership enrollment at VSP Vision Care client benefit fairs. They travel to client locations or participate virtually during open enrollment to explain the VSP plan(s) offered and answer questions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Previous experience in customer service, HR/benefits, or health insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Business attire required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
