- Experience with Polycom and Tandberg Video conferencing systems
- Security+ certification
- Ability to work autonomously
- Customer service orientation, issue resolution, urgency training for end customers
- Experience managing network, routers, switches, and general IT maintenance for complete systems/multiple locations
