HEAD OF ANCILLARY PRODUCTS & LOYALTY role at Vueling, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and differentiation by evolving the ancillary portfolio, strengthening Vueling Club and Avios value propositions, and developing new commercial models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
- Postgraduate education or Master’s degree is desirable
- Deep knowledge of ancillary revenue models, product lifecycle management and customer value creation
- Strong understanding of loyalty economics, retention drivers and points- or membership-based engagement models
- Solid understanding of commercial performance measurement and data-informed decision-making
- Working knowledge of cross-functional collaboration between business, technology and product teams
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ancillary products, loyalty, product management, commercial strategy or related roles
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience defining, launching and scaling commercial products or customer propositions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives
- Experience developing business cases, roadmaps and KPI frameworks
- Experience managing revenue-generating products across multiple markets or customer segments
- Experience collaborating closely with commercial, digital, operational and technology teams
- Experience managing external vendors or strategic partners is desirable
- Experience managing or contributing to CapEx and OpEx budgets
